Our business is owned & operated by local, NFoPP Level 3 qualified Letting Agent, Jacob Craig. With over 5 years’ experience working successfully in the area and experience working in many aspects of the property industry, Jacob founded JCR Property Co to allow him to offer more - to go above and beyond the service that other agents provide! Being a home-based agency gives us many advantages, not only the flexibility to spend most of our time out & about, doing business face to face & forging successful relationships but also the luxury of being able to keep our costs sustainable for landlords working within even the tightest of margins! We appreciate that property isn’t a 9-5 industry and offer all of our services outside of normal business hours, at no additional cost!
